TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In order to offer our customers a huge range of products from leading brands such as Nike, Adidas, Joma, Stanno, Puma, Umbro and Mitre, we hold over 90% of our products in stock at our warehouse. However, due to the vast number of size and colour variations available, some items may occasionally need to be sourced directly from our suppliers. In these cases, once your items arrive with us, they will be dispatched by our team for next working day delivery.
If your order includes customisation, this will be completed in house by our embroidery/printing departments once we receive your products from the suppliers.
If you wish to cancel or amend your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Our warehouse is automated, utilising robotic technology to allow us to ship orders to customers faster than ever before. Therefore, it will not always be possible to cancel/amend an order once placed. We will do our best to accommodate our customers’ requests but cannot guarantee we can action amendments or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Order deliveries are carried out by DPD UK and are at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. All lead times shown are subject to stock availability and take effect once full payment/payment details have been received. You will be informed promptly should any stock issue arise.

We detail all expected shipping dates at point of purchase to allow our customers to make an informed decision before purchasing.
The longest lead time will apply if an order contains a mixture of items in the table above. Orders should be placed separately if you wish for the item specific lead time to apply.
Delivery Services
Deliveries are carried out by DPD or Royal Mail at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. Please note that Royal Mail will only be available at the checkout if the parcel is under 2kg.

This option is available to any location in the UK including Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey, Isle of Man and BFPO (British Forces Post Office) at the flat rate of £3.99 per order.

When collecting your order, please ensure you bring the order reference number and the full name associated with the order. Without this information, we will be unable to release the goods.
Please note that customers have 30 days to collect their order. If the order is not collected within this timeframe, the items will be returned to stock and a refund will be issued.

Important information for deliveries outside of the UK
Due to Brexit, we are experiencing some delivery delays as our courier companies transition to new rules and guidelines.
We would also like to make our European customers aware that there may be additional charges payable on receipt of your order. Unfortunately, at this stage it is unclear what these charges may be as policy will vary depending on shipping destination. Direct Soccer has no control over these potential charges. We will update our European customers as soon as our courier companies confirm the new legislation, and effect it will have on European deliveries from the UK. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.
Returns
Items should be returned within 28 days of receipt, in unused condition and in original packaging, with tags still intact. Your refund will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of your return. Delivery costs are non-refundable. Return of items will be at your own cost and risk - we recommend using a tracking service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post. We do not offer exchanges; therefore, we recommend any replacements needed are ordered on our website.
PLEASE NOTE: All personalised items (including Clubshop items with added embroidery or print e.g badges, names and numbers) are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Pricing Errors and Order Correction
We make every effort to ensure that all prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occasionally occur due to technical, system, or human mistakes.
If an item is listed at an incorrect price that is significantly lower or higher than intended , we reserve the right to correct the price and contact you before or after your order is processed.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we will notify you as soon as possible to confirm the correct price. You will then have the option to:
· Proceed with the order at the correct price; or
· Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
If your order has already been shipped, and a pricing error is discovered afterwards, we will contact you to explain the situation. You will have the option to:
· Pay the difference to bring the total to the correct price; or
· Return the item(s) for a full refund if you prefer not to proceed at the corrected price. This only applies to non-customised items.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as a mistake by you, we are under no obligation to supply the goods at the incorrect price, even if an order confirmation or dispatch email has been issued.
This clause does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Printing and Embroidery
Direct Soccer accepts all artwork in good faith and assumes it has been approved for use by the rightful owner. While we will make reasonable efforts to identify potential copyright or trademark infringements, ultimate responsibility for the use of any copyrighted, trademarked, or protected material rests entirely with the customer.
Direct Soccer will not be liable for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement claims arising from artwork supplied or approved by the customer. By approving artwork, the customer accepts full responsibility for any legal issues that may result from its use.
We will also not embroider or print anything that includes obscene language or imagery.
Club badge and sponsor logo artwork used for print and embroidery orders will be retained for a maximum of 3 years from the date of the last order in which the artwork was used. After this period, artwork files will be permanently deleted, and customers will be required to resupply artwork for future orders. Where artwork files have been deleted following the retention period, a setup fee will be applicable to process new or resupplied artwork. Any applicable fees will be communicated to the customer at checkout before payment is taken.

Direct Rewards - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Direct Rewards loyalty scheme (“the Scheme”) operated by Direct Soccer Ltd (“Direct Soccer”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By registering for or using the Scheme, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not participate in the Scheme.
Eligibility
The Scheme is open to all registered clubs, schools and teams. To take part, you must hold or create a Direct Soccer account and opt in to the Direct Rewards Scheme. Participants must be UK residents and aged 18 or over or be authorised to act on behalf of a club or organisation.
Earning Rewards
Vouchers (“Rewards”) are earned based on your total qualifying spend on eligible purchases at www.directsoccer.co.uk. Reward thresholds and voucher values are published on the Direct Rewards page and may be updated from time to time. Qualifying spend excludes set up fees, delivery charges, returns, cancelled orders and certain promotional or discounted products. Only purchases made after you join the Scheme will count towards your rewards total.
Issuing and Redeeming Vouchers
When you reach a qualifying spend threshold, your reward voucher will be issued and credited to your account at the next monthly statement run. Vouchers can be used towards future purchases on www.directsoccer.co.uk. Vouchers are single use only and any remaining balance will be forfeited if the full value is not redeemed in one order. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another customer or account. They cannot be used to purchase gift cards and may not apply to delivery costs unless otherwise stated. Only one voucher can be used per order.
Voucher Expiry and Validity
Each voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expired vouchers cannot be reissued, extended or exchanged. If your Direct Rewards membership or Direct Soccer account is closed or terminated, any unused vouchers will be forfeited.
Statements and Account Management
You will receive periodic updates showing your qualifying spend and rewards earned. It is your responsibility to check your account and notify us of any errors or discrepancies within 30 days of receiving an update. Direct Soccer’s records of account balances and rewards are final and binding unless a clear error is shown.
Misuse and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or remove rewards, cancel vouchers or terminate your participation in the Scheme if we reasonably believe there has been:
- Fraudulent or abusive activity
- Misuse of vouchers or the Scheme
- A breach of these Terms Direct Soccer may withdraw or amend the Scheme at any time. In the event of closure, we will provide reasonable notice and allow a final redemption period where possible.
Privacy and Data Protection
Participation in the Scheme requires us to process your personal data, including your name, contact details and purchase history. Your data will be used to administer the Scheme, manage your account and communicate relevant offers. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Direct Soccer Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Scheme. Our total liability to any participant shall not exceed the value of vouchers earned and unredeemed at the time of the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
General
These Terms, together with the information published on the Direct Rewards page, constitute the entire agreement between you and Direct Soccer regarding the Scheme. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes.
