Now that Euro 2016 is finished, it is time to think about getting back to playing football. For many, this will involve a grueling pre-season programme, though thankfully the days of plodding up and down dunes at the beach are long behind us, and pre-season training now involves a bit more technical work, while of course not forgetting the fitness drills you need to help you last the full season ahead.
