In order to supply our customers with a huge range of products from top brands such as Nike, adidas, Prostar, Stanno, Uhlsport, Umbro, Mitre, etc - we are unable to hold every product size/colour variation in stock. Due to this, when you place an order with Directsoccer.co.uk we will purchase your items direct from the appropriate supplier. Once we receive these items, they will be shipped out to you by our dispatch team for next working day delivery.
If your order includes personalisation, this will be completed in house by our embroidery/printing departments once we receive your products from the suppliers.
Order deliveries are carried out by DPD UK and are at a fixed rate whatever the size of your order. All lead times shown are subject to stock availability and take effect once full payment/payment details have been received. You will be informed promptly should any stock issue arise.

Orders outside of UK mainland will require an additional 2 working days for delivery.
The longest lead time will apply if an order contains a mixture of items in the table above. Orders should be placed separately if you wish for the item specific lead time to apply.

All other available destinations - £14.99
We will send an email when your order is has been dispatched. Please provide a mobile telephone number in your order as the couriers will text you with a delivery time slot. All deliveries MUST be signed for on delivery.
If you find that a product is unsuitable (e.g. you have ordered the wrong size) please return it in its original condition -
unused with all packaging and tags intact within 28 days for either refund or exchange. Delivery costs are not refundable.
