Nike - 2016/2017 Teamwear is here!

Nike have launched their collection of football team wear for 2016/2017 and once again the American brand have stepped up to the plate with a great selection of team football jerseys, football shorts, football socks, goalkeeper kit and training wear to fit the needs of football teams and sports clubs around the world.

Since the late 20^th century the Oregon based company have produced high quality football kit and training wear clothing and this year is no exception with a great choice of kits available to suit all teams that play the beautiful game, whether your home ground is the Nou Camp or Hackney Marshes.

The signature Nike football jersey for 2016/2017 is the Laser III.  Using the same Night Rising effect at the bottom of the sleeve cuffs that is on the 3^rd kits for Barcelona, Roma, Inter Milan and Galatasaray, this Dri-Fit football jersey features laser perforations along the front and shoulders which enhance airflow.  Available in a choice of 4 colours including a bright Vivid Pink option, this premium football shirt is sure to be a winner and make your team look like one of the professional clubs that endorse Nike.

Nike's striped football jersey update for 2016/2017 is the Striped Division II.  Different to most striped football jerseys, the Striped Division II comes in a choice of long or short sleeves and features plain coloured sleeves and a plain back.  The striped element on the front of the v-neck style jersey is a gradient print effect from chest to hem giving the shirt a unique appearance for a striped football top.

Striker has been in the Nike teamwear range for years, and has now evolved into Striker IV.  Using most of the popular colours seen on the Striker III design, the Striker IV offers teams a classic look for a team kit football jersey, with a v-neck contrast colour and contrast banding along the shoulders down to the sleeve cuffs.  Available in long and short sleeves, the Striker IV comes in a choice of 10 colours.  Fans of the Netherlands or Dundee United will love the Safety Orange/Black/White colour in the Striker IV.

Park now reaches its 6^th edition, with the Park VI available in short and long sleeves.  The Park VI features a cross-over cut on the neckline and mesh side panels.  This jersey is also made from Nike's Dri-Fit fabric which helps wick moisture away from the body when active.  The Park VI is available in 15 colours, including traditional ones like black, white, navy blue, royal blue and red, to more unusual colour choices like Hyper Verde (Green), Vivid Pink, Court Purple, Volt Yellow and Jersey Gold.

Nike have 5 designs in their football short range, with the top short being the Laser Woven Printed Short which matches up with the Laser III football jersey.  These shorts also feature the Night Rising pattern to co-ordinate with the shirts.  The Laser III Woven Short is a plain colour woven football short that has a slim-fit design and comes in 11 colours.  Combine the League Knit Short with the Striker IV and you have a striking looking kit that will make your team the envy of your rivals.  The League Knit comes in 6 colours and features a contrast band down the side of each leg.  For a standard football short that offers high quality at an affordable price, choose the Park II Knit.  Combine the Max Graphic short with the Challenge jersey and the Vapor III football sock and you will have a great quality kit that will make your team look like they belong at Wembley.

Training wear is a big part of the Nike football teamwear story, and the new range for 2016 is Academy 16.  Understated in appearance, but exceptional in performance, the Academy 16 range offers you great choice towards kitting out your club in Nike football teamwear both on and off the pitch.

Nike have re-introduced complete tracksuits to their range, and the Academy 16 versions offer great performance and unbelievable value for money.  The Academy 16 Knit Tracksuit comes in 6 colour options including a University Gold/Obsidian colour, and this tracksuit features Dri-Fit in the fabric, as well as articulated elbows and knees for an ergonomic fit.  The jacket features a zipped pocket on each half of the main zip fastening to provide convenient storage of items while you train.  The woven polyester tracksuit in the Academy 16 design features half-ribbed cuffs which help keep the jacket in place during movement.  Available in 4 key colours, this tracksuit is a great bargain at £42.74 for adults and from £29.99 for junior sizes.
