Q: How long does it take to deliver a kit printed with logo, numbers and badge?
A: It can take from 10 days to 15 days depending on the time of year, and product availability.

Q: How can I track my delivery once it has been sent out?

Q: Can I see what the item will look once printed?
A: If your order requires a printed badge, team name or sponsor logo we will email you a visual prior to manufacture for approval. We do not however provide visuals of player names, player initials, numbers, medical kit or ball bags. Please ensure you have entered your text correctly as we will print EXACTLY what you provide. Check spelling, capitals and punctuation.

Q: What about embroidery, will I see a sample? 
A: Yes. We will send you,via email, an image for you to approve before your garments are customised.

Q: Are you an official dealer of Nike, Mitre, Prostar etc...?
A: Yes, we deal with major brand names and every product comes directly from the manufacturer. All of our products are 100% genuine brands.

Q: Who carries out the printing and embroidery?
A: All the printing and embroidery is carried out by us on our premises. It allows us to control all stages of manufacture and our Quality Control Department checks all goods before they leave the warehouse.

Q: How do I go about getting a Quote?
A: You can obtain a quote by simply adding your chosen items to the shopping cart on our website this will include the shipping cost and then this can printed off and shown to your sponsor. Unfortunately we can not provide quotes by email or over the phone.

Q: Can I pay by Cheque?
A: Yes, when you go through the checkout section select pay by cheque on the drop down menu. Cheques should be received within 7 days from the date of your order. Orders will not be processed until cheques have been received and cleared.

Q: We are a school/charity how do we order from your website?
A:Select the goods you require, go to the checkout, select payment by cheque, credit card or Invoice with Order, and proceed to complete the order. We are able to accept purchase order numbers from finance departments. Please ensure that you send the PO number as soon as you can after order completion.

Q: How do I know which sizes to buy?
A: The best way to get it right is to order samples from the website. Then try them on the team for size. This will give you a better idea before ordering the full kits especially before printing. Remember that once something has been embroidered or printed it cannot be returned.
