Q1: How long does it take to deliver a kit printed with logo, numbers and badge?
A1: It takes from 14 days to 21days depending on the time of year,and product availability.

Q2: Do you proof the logos before printing is carried out?
A2: Yes,we will email you how the print will look on your tops,when you confirm that it is what you require we will start printing.

Q3: Why are your prices lower?
A3: The prices are lower because we buy in large quantities.

Q4: Are you an official dealer of nike, mitre, prostar etc...?
A4: Yes, we deal direct with all the brands, every product comes direct from the manufacturer.

Q5: Are you an internet only company?
A5: No, we have retail premises in Dundee established in 1997. Internet trading began in 2001 and has grown steadily through good service, repeat business and word of mouth.

Q6: Do you do all your printing and embroidery inhouse?
A6: All the printing and embroidery is done by us on our premises, this cuts out mistakes and delivery times. It allows us to control the quality, our Quality Control Department checks all goods before they leave the warehouse.

Q7: I need a Quote.
A7: To get a quote, it can be done instantly on the website, you can print it off and show your sponsor.

Q8: Can I pay by Cheque
A8: Yes, when you go through the checkout section select pay by cheque on the drop down menu. We must receive the cheque and let it clear before ordering the goods from our suppliers.

Q9: We are a school how do we order from your website?
A9: Select the goods you require, go to the checkout, select payment by cheque, and proceed to complete the order. If you require a purchase order please email or fax the purchase order, the order will then be processed.

Q10: How do I know which sizes to buy?
A10: The best way to get it right is to order samples from the website. Then try them on the team. This will give you a better idea before ordering the full kits especially before printing.

Q11:Do you recommend white or black Jerseys
A11: White and Yellow Jerseys are harder to clean and require extra care when washing. If you have a full colour print on these colours and you use a bleaching agent, it will remove the print colour. We recommend a one colour print for these Jerseys. Black looks great but referees can make it difficult for teams especially if the referee has only brought a black top to the Game.

Q12:Can I see the top as it will look printed?
A12: Yes we visual every job we do, you must check the colour of the top the print and the spelling is correct. The visual is sent by email. Once you have confirmed the visual we can then proceed to printing.

Q13:What about embroidery, can I see a sample?
A13: Yes we will send you a sample through the post for you to approve before your garments are customised.
